^9 (A)He keeps the feet of His holy ones,
^(B)But the wicked ones are silenced in darkness,
^(C)For not by power shall a man prevail.
^10 (D)Those who contend with Yahweh will be dismayed;
^(E)Against them He will thunder in the heavens;
^(F)Yahweh will render justice to the ends of the earth,
^(G)And He will give strength to His king,
^(H)And He will exalt the ^[a]horn of His anointed.”
